Day 9 today.
Alhamdulillah, everything went well. Weekend suppose is rest-day so x perlu update coach, TAPI tak bermakna kitorang semua boleh escape diet. Semua kena ikut normal routine. Masalahnya Normal ke? Hahaha
Dah laa, sabtu lepas abang no 2, buat kenduri.. Kuih Muih lagi..dasyat lah godaan. Part roti jala, i can't say NO to it. Marilah menjamu selera. haha :D Pagi tu sempatlah sambar nasi lemak, tengahari makan merapu, then malam makan lauk kenduri. Next day tu, makan nasi goreng, lunch bantai makan keropok lekor and air kelapa tawaq pasai mak tambah air mineral. Dinner as usual, makan bihun sup sebab ada pasar malam..yaayyeahh~!!
Isnin (day 7) aritu puasa together with MAK, at last dapat lah jugak merasa sehari puasa dalam bulan Rejab. Alhamdulillah, MAK did it. *tepuktangan* Masakan dia gulai lemak putih sayur kobis with lauk sahur, i ols makan Grilled Ciken ceaser Salad. yumss... *Clap-Clap*
Day 8 pon still with menu salad, sebab sayur salads kan tak tahan lama. Sebab tu hari-hari ada salad, dalam hati time makan tu, ape beza aku dengan kambing???? tell ME~! daun daun daun This time salad with boiled egg... Alhamdulillah kenyang, Dinner makan Bihun Sup as usual. :D
And today, bangun pagi-pagi terus grilled ciken yang dah siap marinate last nite. Lepas solat Subuh, terus masuk dapur. Tulah routine harian, Masak Masak dan Masak. Pesan dengan mak, today i want you to take an healthy breakfast. No More Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai, Bihun Goreng. NO. U have to take this salads as your breakfast. Kah Kah Kah.. *Paksa-rela* After her finish her meal, she then said. Mak suka benda tu. Sedap kenapa kau tak pernah buat..krikkk...krikkk.. Actually, tak tahu plak mak suka salad. WHY don't you tell me early Mak?? WHY? And the balance i took to office as my lunch meal. Alhamdulillah. Kenyang~~ *tepukperot*
Eh, takkan jaga makan je kan? Well, i did my workouts EVERY day ok~! Squat 50 Jumping Jacks 50 DAILY. But this week, our coach up another 50's for each step. Maigad Maigad... *soobbsss*
Terkejut anggota badan bila start workouts. hoho. By the way, i tried to ISTIQOMAH do it 15-20 minutes daily. Which time i prefer to do is after Maghrib. Berpeluh sakan, then rasa fresh sangat. i LOVE it!
